When you look at the site

The site is served by a third-party hosting provider, which keeps standard access logs (IP address, URL, time) as part of serving the page. I do not read those logs unless something breaks, and the provider deletes them on its own schedule.

The site sets no cookies. There is no analytics, no tracking pixel, no third-party script. Nothing on the site knows who you are.

When you email or book a call

If you email contact@qofaudit.co.uk or book through Cal.com, you become a contact. I keep your email address, what you told me, and the notes I made in reply. I keep those records until the enquiry is closed and any engagement is complete, then delete them.

Cal.com is a third-party booking service. When you book with them, they hold your name, email and the meeting details on my behalf. I do not share your details with anyone else.

Your rights

You have the usual rights under UK data protection law: to see what I hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, and to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office if you are not happy with how I handled your data. Email contact@qofaudit.co.uk to exercise any of these.
