What this site does with information about you. Patient data is covered separately, in the data section of the home page.

When you look at the site

The site is served by a third-party hosting provider, which keeps standard access logs (IP address, URL, time) as part of serving the page. I do not read those logs unless something breaks, and the provider deletes them on its own schedule.

The site sets no cookies. There is no analytics, no tracking pixel and no third-party script. Nothing on the site knows who you are.

When you email or book a meeting

If you email contact@qofaudit.co.uk or book a call through my Google Calendar booking page, you become a contact. I keep your email address, what you told me, and the notes I made in reply. I keep those records until the enquiry is closed and any engagement is complete, then delete them.

Bookings are made through Google Calendar and calls run on Google Meet. My email is hosted by Google Workspace. Google holds your name, email and the meeting details on my behalf. I do not share your details with anyone else.

Your rights

You have the usual rights under UK data protection law: to see what I hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, and to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office if you are not happy with how I handled your data. Email contact@qofaudit.co.uk to exercise any of these.
